Decide what unit you want to use to display the weight of your products
You can choose to either set a default weight if products don't have weight details, or disable weight based shipping for those products.
Shipping carriers are companies that transport goods from door to door. You can use them to transport your products to your customers. Enstore supports the following carriers: FedEx, USPS and UPS. The shipping fee we display on the checkout page of your Enstore is an estimation, and comes directly from the server of the shipping partner. The actual fee may vary.
You can add shipping carriers by going to Enstore Admin: Settings: Carriers and clicking New. To edit an existing option, select it and click Edit. In order to delete an option, select it, click Actions and click Delete.
To enable a carrier, you select the carrier, click on Edit and set the status to Enabled.
Apart from the standard carriers, you can add your own shipping options based on price or weight. To enable a custom shipping method, go to Enstore Admin: Settings: Carriers. You add a New method by clicking the Create button.
To create a price based shipping option, click Create and choose Price based. Now create the tiers for the different prices in your store; for example, if you want to offer free shipping for everything over €25, you create a tier for prices from €0 to €25 and set the shipping price for that. You then create another tier for €25 and higher and set a €0 shipping price. Click save to save this custom shipping method.
To create a weight based shipping option, click Create and choose Weight based. Now create the tiers for the different weights; for example, if you want to offer free shipping for everything under 2 kg, you create a tier for weight from 0 to 2 kg and set the shipping price to €0 for that. You then create another tier for 2 kg and higher and set a shipping price. If you want, you can add more tiers to accommodate your store. Click save to save this custom shipping method.
